• Adds a small delay to avoid rate limits

3. Personalize Messaging with AI

• Checks if an email exists
• Uses OpenAI to draft a cold outreach message tailored to the business

4. Save + Notify

• Updates the original row in Google Sheets with the email and message
• Logs each lead and message in a Slack channel
• Sends a Telegram alert (optional)
